Unique Whale Watching Vessel Experience the wonders of Hervey Bay aboard our luxurious 20-meter catamaran, tailored specifically for whale watching. This unique boat features clear viewing decks, air-conditioned underwater viewing windows for a direct look into the whales’ habitat, and a water-level platform that provides the most intimate whale watching experience possible.

Interactive and Educational Experience Our tours are not just about watching whales; they're about learning and interacting. Our friendly, accredited staff provide insightful commentary throughout the journey. For families, we offer the Junior Whale Warrior Program in collaboration with the Australian Marine Conservation Society. This program includes an activity book, a Whale Warrior hat, a Humpback Whale toy, and VIP access to the wheelhouse for a photo op with the Captain. More than 50% of the proceeds from approximately $18 pack go to conservation efforts.

Tour Itinerary

• Morning Half-Day Tour: Departs from Hervey Bay Marina at 8:30 AM, offering a serene cruise through the Great Sandy Strait and along the pristine western side of K'gari (Fraser Island). Discover pods of humpback whales in the calm waters of the Great Barrier Reef, enjoy a morning tea and an antipasta platter, and return to the marina by 12:30 PM.
• Afternoon Half-Day Tour: Similar to the morning tour, it starts at 1:30 PM and includes a peaceful voyage past untouched islands and crystal-clear waters teeming with marine life. After whale watching and an afternoon tea accompanied by an antipasta platter, the tour concludes with a comfortable cruise back, arriving at the marina at 5:30 PM.

Both whale tours ensure that participants have ample opportunities to observe and marvel at the majestic humpback whales, experiencing their spectacular behaviours such as spy hopping and breaching up close.
