Our beautiful palm tree lined beaches at both Palm Cove and Port Douglas should be enjoyed by all and they can, below you will find the contact numbers to book a beach accessible wheelchair.

Esplanade Boardwalk: all easily accessible, with wheelchairs accessible toilet facilities along the promenade. The Esplanade, Cairns City

Cairns Regional Art Gallery: ramps leading up into the building, elevators to travel to each floor and a wheelchair accessible toilet located in the building, one wheelchair available for use. $5.00 entry discounts available. Shield St, Cairns City

Cattana Wetlands: 420m boardwalk through a nature conservation park, wheelchair accessible toilet facilities available, ideal for bird watching. Dunne Rd, Smithfield

Mamu Rainforest Canopy Walkway: accessible parking and toilet facilities, ramped access throughout, steep incline at entry/exit point. 90 min drive south of Cairns turn off Bruce Hwy onto Palmerston Hwy drive west for 27km.

Kuranda Village: Wheelchair accessible toilets located at the Visitor Information Centre. Some areas of walkways quite steep assistance may be required. Kuranda

Port Douglas Sunday Markets: are accessible with wheelchair accessible toilet facilities located beside markets, some areas of ground uneven. Most restaurants and shops are also accessible in the area. Anzac Park, Port Douglas
