Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing.
Please note that all cancellations will incur an administration fee.

Additional Tour Operator's Cancellation Policy:
Guests can cancel up to 72 hours before the sail. A 20% service fee applies.
There are no cancellations within 72 hours before the sailing date.
If we cancel, there is a refund or guests are offered the opportunity to sail on another day.
- Please note we are fully licensed so NO BYO please.
- Please make sure you arrive by 4:45 pm to check in as the boat departs at 5:00pm sharp.
- We do require a minimum of six (6) guest for all our sailing trips to depart
- Please note we review our Sunset Sail final numbers at 3:30pm on the day of travel as we quite often get last minute bookings; that maximises our chances of getting a confirmed departure. We will contact you at that time if we haven’t reached our required minimum numbers.
- Full refund if we cancel due to weather.
- There are no children or family prices on this sail.
- The Master of the vessel must be obeyed at all times.
