• Flights cancelled with over 24 hours notice – no cancellation fee
• Flights cancelled by 7:00pm the day prior to departure – 50%
cancellation fee
• Flights cancelled on the day of departure – 100% cancellation fee
• If passengers elect not to travel due to weather conditions but flights are still operational, 100% cancellation fee will apply
