Your full day Cairns rainforest tour will start from 6.00am to 7.30am depepnding on your pick up location when your friendly tour guide for the day will pick you up from your accommodation in Cairns, on the Northern Beaches including Palm Cove and Port Douglas.

This is a full day rainforest tour and you will be back at your Cairns accommodation around 6:00pm, or 6.30pm on the Northern Beaches or 7.15pm in Port Douglas . Not many tours cover that many sights in one day so you won't be disappointed! Don't forget your camera as there are many opportunities to take fantastic shots.

Babinda Boulders
  • You will visit and be amazed by the legend of Babinda Boulders steeped in aboriginal history of trapped spirits and a tragic love story that will chill you to the bone.
Josephine Falls
  • Your morning swim beckons amidst the lush rainforest and cascading crystal clear water of Josephine Falls.
  • A natural waterslide awaits the young at heart, while the spectacular backdrop provides photo opportunities and wildlife spotting.
  • Josephine Falls is a unique opportunity to slide down a waterfall on a natural rockslide sure to make even the crankiest traveller crack a smile.
Millaa Millaa Falls
  • Journey on to Australia’s most iconic waterfall Millaa Millaa Falls made famous by Qantas and herbal essences commercials.
  • This 18 m single drop waterfall lies in the heart of the Wet Tropics World Heritage listed rainforest.
Lunch
  • Lunch is provided and included: choice of vegetable burger, BLT wrap or chicken schnitzel wrap all served with hot chips. Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking.
Crawford's Lookout
  • Crawford’s Lookout provides views over the Wooroonooran National Park, part of the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. Catch a glimpse of the North Johnston River horseshoe bend between the rainforest trees.
Cathedral Fig Tree
  • The Cathedral Fig Tree is visually breathtaking, from its impressive tangle of roots to its array of branches that reach wide into the canopy, 50m above the forest floor and are covered in ferns and vines. This 500 year-old tree is environmentally and culturally significant. Your guide will explain more of this, during the 45-minute tour with Traditional Owners.
    Connect with Traditional Owners, proud descendants of the Yidinji and Mbabaram peoples, to learn more about their rainforest culture at the magnificent Cathedral Fig Tree. They’ll share stories of lived histories passed down through generations and an unbroken connection to country, showing tools and other implements.
Platypus Viewing
  • Just before our last swim spot we will take you down to a quiet little creek to search for Platypus.
Lake Eacham
  • Lake Eacham is a dormant Volcanic Crater lake filled with turtles and surrounded by wildlife we will watch the sunset over a truly spectacular day at our last swim don’t worry about getting cold the water in here never changes temperature 23 degrees all day all night.
  • Waterfall Wanderers will provide morning and afternoon tea, lunch, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuit’s and fruit throughout the day as well as heaps of games and puzzles to keep you entertained on the bus.

  • The bus will wait 10 min after the pick-up time, if there is no contact from guests in this time the bus will depart without them.
