Pick up from your Cairns hotel around 5am, The hot air ballooning experience concludes between 8.45am and 9.45am. Tour finish time varies with the seasons and you will be dropped off to Bad Fishy at the Reef Fleet Terminal to check in for your 35 minute Trinity inlet Jetboating adventure.

• At no time will a passenger be allowed to fly if their judgment is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medicine
• Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large bags.
• Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given.
• Please note that the timings might be adjusted due to seasonal changes, and the specific schedule is subject to the reservation confirmation you received.
• It is recommended that you wear long pants and closed in shoes - no heels, slippers or skirts please.
• Bring a jacket as it gets quite cool as the sun rises and please avoid white clothes.
• Carry hats and sunglasses, and a fully charged camera for taking pictures.
• If your flight time is from April to October (in winter), you need to wear warm clothes to prevent the cold; in other months, there will be warm airflow due to the burning of hot air balloons, so you do not need to wear warm clothes.
• Following the Jet Boat ride, please make your own way back to your accommodation.
• All bookings are weather dependent, and in the case of bad weather your booking will be rescheduled.

• Hot Air Bollooning: your ticket, walking shoes, camera, dress casual outdoor layered clothing (white not recommended), hat & sunglasses, bottle of water and spending money
• Jet Boating: wear casual clothing or swimwear, anything you don't mind getting wet. Thongs are ok. Will I get wet? Yes....absolutely! Wear sunscreen and apply it before check-in please. Bring a towel for after the ride

• Children under 3 years old cannot participate. Children 3 - 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Jetboat requires children to be 1.1m tall.
• Children aged 13-17 years old can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the tour.
