This evening sailing experience invites you to slow down and enjoy the Whitsundays from the water as daylight fades and Airlie Beach begins to glow. Aboard a refined French-built sailing yacht, the journey feels calm, spacious and personal, offering a comfortable way to take in the coastline as the atmosphere shifts from day to night.

Two sunset experiences are available. The 2.5-hour sunset sail is centred around light shared fare and drinks, ideal for soaking up the colours of the sky as the sun dips below the horizon. The longer 3-hour dinner sail adds a full dining experience onboard, turning the evening into a relaxed floating dinner. Both options are limited to a maximum of 12 guests, creating an intimate setting suited to small groups.

The yacht is professionally crewed with a skipper and host, and operates as a fully licensed vessel. Guests may choose to arrange drink packages or enhanced dining options in advance to suit their evening plans.

What to Expect
Guests arrive at Airlie Beach and board the sailing yacht for an early evening departure at either 4.30pm or 5.00pm. The yacht then cruises gently along the coastline, travelling under sail or motor depending on conditions. The pace is intentionally unhurried, allowing plenty of time to enjoy the cooling sea air, the fading light and the illuminated shoreline as night settles in.

During the sunset sail, guests enjoy shared platters and drinks while relaxing on deck. On the dinner sail, the experience progresses from a cheese platter to a plated dinner and dessert, all served onboard as the yacht continues its evening cruise.

The atmosphere is relaxed and sociable, designed for easy conversation, shared experiences and enjoying the stillness of the water in the evening hours.
