Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing.
We understand things may change, so we have made cancellations very easy.

Operators policy:
- At the discretion of the pilot; changes or cancellation of flight times may be necessary due to weather, aircraft availability, air traffic restrictions, or force majeure.
- If the client has provided weights and these are found to be inaccurate on the day, to the point that an aircraft would be outside of safety limitations, Townsville Helicopters reserves the right to cancel the flight. In such a case, 100% of the charter fee is payable by the client.
- No charge if cancellation occurs up to 48 hours before the agreed departure time.
- 50% of the total charter fee will be charged if the charter is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% of the charter fee is payable if the charter is cancelled less than 24 hours before the planned departure time.
