• Cancellations outside 48 hours – full refund
• Cancellations inside 48 hours – 100% fee
• No Whale Sightings: If no whales sighted, a free return trip offered. If guest cannot make another trip, a voucher will be given so they can pass on to family/friends.
• Minimum Numbers: If minimum numbers not met, guest will be transferred to another vessel offering a similar tour, at no additional charge to the guest.
• Weather Policy: Cancellations due to ‘Whalesong’ deeming it bad weather, will be fully refunded.
• No Show: no refund
