Cairns Liveaboard Overnight Private Charter Snorkelling Or Diving

If you really want to make the most of your Great Barrier Reef tour experience we highly recommend an overnight private charter where you sleep on the reef.

Maximum number of guests will depend if you include scuba diving (snorkelling maximum overnight guests 6, diving maximum overnight guests 4).

We will take you to some of the most pristine coral reefs accessible within an hours motoring from the Cairns Marlin Marina.

Your scuba diving experience will include 2 fully qualified dive instructors ready to show you the trenches, under water caves and swim thru’s on the very best diving locations of the reef.

To ensure you have the best time diving and for safety reasons, only 4 divers will be permitted in the water at one time.

All diving equipment will be at an extra hire rate which we will advised at time of booking.

Scuba Diving Restrictions

• Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from scuba diving.
• Participation is subject to a medical questionnaire completed on board with the tour operator
• Minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years.
• Flying after scuba diving: a wait of 12 hours is recommended after one dive, 18 hour after 2 dives and at least 24 hours after multiple dives, before ascending to an altitude of 300 metres or greater.
