To truly experience the best of the Great Barrier Reef in 5 star luxury, Cairns Cruise Ship Expeditions is my recommendation. With flexibility you can spend 3, 4 or 7 days travelling on your very own expedition ship with spacious ensuite cabins, guest lounges and very attentive staff, you will feel very spoiled every day! From Hinchinbrook Channel to Lizard Island, you can trace the historic footsteps of Australia’s discoverers in the morning, enjoy a glass bottom boat tour or snorkel after lunch and sit on the back deck for amazing star gazing after dinner. Discovering World Heritage listed remote reefs filled with giant clams, damsel fish, reef sharks and starfish all access from the back of the ship is the highlight of the cruise! The meals are amazing - modern cuisine, fabulous fresh local produce and seafood prepared fresh each day. My gastronomical highlight was the Captains Beach BBQ on an Island, white tablecloths and fantastic food with the sand under your feet and sea views! My favorite part of the day, the sunset from the top deck spa, with of course, a glass of champagne! Don’t miss this great opportunity to spoil yourself, learn about the natural wonders of North Queensland and enjoy like-minded travelers on board this intimate cruise.
