Our high end reef trips stand out from most others reef tours, as we only specialise in luxury high quality catamarans that give guests the luxury of space and high quality inclusions.
Our crew are also trained at the highest level in guest service and they know these sections of the Great Barrier Reef intimately and ensure they show our guests a wonderful time on our Great Barrier Reef tours.
On our outer Great Barrier Reef tour from Port Douglas we only cater for a maximum of 45 guests ensuring each and every person is personally looked after by a crew member on the day to ensure they have a great experience seeing this magical underwater world and learn about the things they are looking at under the water.
If you are also looking for an environmentally minded Great Barrier Reef tour then this is the one for you as we use wind power as much as possible and $20 from each tour goes into funding re-forestation in Far North Queensland, Australia.
Mackay and Undine Coral Cays are 28/25 nm from Port Douglas Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina.
We have exclusive access to these coral cay sites from Port Douglas.
Sailing time to the outer Great Barrier Reef will be approximately 2 hours and guests can sit back, relax and watch the beautiful scenery sail by.
During this time, we conduct our safety and snorkel briefings and distribute equipment. Reef Interpretation talk. Our crew will provide guest interaction during the day’s sightings.
Guests may walk on the Coral Cays dependant on the daily tide situation. The days reef trip itinerary may vary to allow us to take guests to the cays at some point throughout the day.
Some day’s we simply can’t walk on the cays as the tide is too low to get the beach landing craft across the coral which gets exposed and is out of the water. Snorkelling and all other coral viewing activities continue.
