Meet us at 8.15 a.m. in front of Peppers Resort (Nelly Bay) on the boardwalk area, a short 1 minute walk to the left of the Nelly Bay ferry terminal. You will see our sign located on the boardwalk area and our friendly crew will meet you there and escort you to our boat.

Aquascene has a toilet located at the rear of the vessel with a raised toilet area and support rail
Aquascene is a very stable boat with a well shaded deck area and areas for quiet space
Great views from the deck area to all the sights during the tou
We have drop down stairs that go into the water with good hand rails for support. This allows guests with mobility challenges/living with disability to sit on steps and swim directly into the water.
We have a very safe, rigid and sturdy pontoon that is beautifully designed to accommodate guests that may have swimming or mobility challenges

The new vessel sceduled for October 2023 has been custom designed with a focus on guests living with disability, there will be ramp access to the vesselChild Policy

Operators policy:
- School holidays are a busy time for us and we like to be able to accommodate everyone, so please try and let us know if you think there may be a change in your situation, we dont like charging cancellation fees.
- Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation if it is possible.
- A "no show" or less than 24 hours notice will be charged full fare.
- Within 2 days of departure a 20% admin fee may be deducted from your payment.
