Airlie Beach Private Yacht Charter – Half Day Sailing Tour - 5 Hours

Get a group of 24 people together and join us on our private charter yacht to spend half a day sailing the Great Barrier Reef. Disembark the yacht to enjoy swimming and snorkelling in the aqua blue waters amongst the coral gardens.

We can tailor-make your half day private charter yacht tour to your personal requirements. This is a 5 hour charter starts at 11.00am and concludes at 4.00pm. However times are flexible and you can choose to depart any time in the morning up to 11.00am

Jump on board our private charter yacht from Airlie Beach for a special day to remember. Sail to Whitehaven Baech & Hill Inlet Lookout and snorkel at Dumbbell Island. We comfortably cater for up to 24 people and can tailor your private charter sailing tour to suit your needs.

Inclusions:

• Snorkel gear
• Morning tea is served as we sail through Hook Passage
• Lunch is served on board, unless you would prefer the longer option to have lunch on Whitehaven Beach in which case it would be a picninc lunch.
• Afternoon fruit platter and cheese before heading homeward as the sun goes down.

Alcohol - please note we are fully licensed, no BYO allowed, we can also organise a tab with special requests or provide prepaid alcohol packages.

Sample Itinerary:

• 7.30am - Depart Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach. Set sail across the Whitsunday Passage.
• 10.00am - Delicious locally prepared morning tea on deck before we reach our destination for snorkelling and a stroll along the beach.
• 1.00pm – Tuck in to lunch on board or on the beach.
• 1.30pm – Depart under sail to return. Why not indulge in a drink from our licenced bar while you nibble on a fruit platter and try something sweet on the way back home. Chill on deck.
• 4.30pm – We return to Coral Sea Marina.

Private Snorkel Charter Blue Pearl / Langford Reef - 8 Hours

Book your own private charter yacht from Airlie Beach to sail to Blue Pearl / Langford Reef. Perfect day sail charter for small wedding groups (24 guest maximum), corporate events, family/friends day out, school reunions or whatever your occasion is!

We can tailor make your day, for example you can include team-building exercises with handson sailing experience for corporate charters; games for Hens & Bucks nights. We can organise a bar tab to settle on day of travel or organise prepaid alcohol. We can also offer catering upgrade such as seafood platters, hors d'oeuvres, finger food and more.

Airlie Beach Private Charter Sunset Sailing Tour – 2 Hours

From Airlie Beach board our classic tallship yacht and sail into the sunset over the beautiful Whitsunday Islands with 24 guests onboard our 64ft schooner. Leaving Airlie Beach at 5.00pm we arrive back at 7.00pm

Help set the sails or chill on deck and take in one of the best sunsets in the world right in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. Sail out to Pioneer Rocks and witness the pastel hues of a tropical sunset over the calming waters of the Whitsunday Islands.

If you wish to have a night charter for a special event such as a pirate party, corporate event, hens or bucks night just talk to us about your requirements.

• Free glass of bubbles upon boarding.
• Cheese, bread and nibbles platter (with seasonal fruit).

Notes:

• We suggest bringing a warm clothes and jacket in winter months.

All charters must have a 50% deposit paid which is non-refundable unless the charter is cancelled by us due to weather or other incidental situations in which case a full refund is permitted or the opportunity to change the charter date.
