Sample Itinerary
Day 1:
- Join the crew at Coral Sea Marina by 8:00 AM for departure at 8:30 AM. Sail to Whitsunday Island, anchoring at Tongue Bay. Enjoy a guided hike to Hill Inlet Lookout, then relax on Whitehaven Beach. Sail to another island by afternoon to enjoy the sunset.
Day 2:
- Start with an early breakfast before snorkelling over vibrant coral reefs. Visit various locations for more swimming and snorkelling, returning to Airlie Beach by 4:00 PM.

Itinerary
Private Charter Yacht Itinerary - Sample
The following charter yacht itinerary is an example of a scheduled cruise. All cruises are subject to weather and tidal conditions and the Captain’s professional judgement in putting together the best itinerary to keep guests happy, safe and well.
Day 1
Meet your boat crew at Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach at 8am for a head count, to depart the marina at 8:30am. Enjoy the breathtaking island views as you sail across the Whitsunday Passage to Whitsunday Island, finding anchorage at Tongue Bay. Take a guided bush walk to the Hill Inlet Lookout to the view of Whitehaven Beach before heading down and spending an hour or two exploring the beach.
In the afternoon we will sail north to another island where we will anchor the private charter yacht just before sunset. After dinner, grab a drink and enjoy the evening with your friends.
Day 2
Early rise for breakfast, and kit up with snorkelling gear, ready to jump in over the fringing coral reefs to see the fish and coral. Time for morning tea before heading to another location for a swim, snorkel or a beach stop. After lunch, it is time to set the sails once again and make way across the Whitsunday Passage.
Arrive back into Airlie Beach at 4pm.

What to Bring
- A hat, sunscreen, swimwear, beach towel, thongs/sandals, sunglasses, any alcohol you may want to drink and a happy smile!
- Pack light clothing and personal items in a soft bag for storage but do remember a lightweight jumper as the nights may get a bit cooler.
Child Policy
- Children need to be able to swim confidently and be under the supervision of family or carers at all times
- Children aged 4 years and over can travel on this tour at full adult rates. Please advise any child ages at time of booking. This yacht is an active sailing vessel, crew are unable to babysit children, parents are fully responsible for child’s behaviour whilst on tour.
