Two new boats offering 6-hour private boat charters departing from Yorkeys Knob Marina provides the perfect opportunity to explore the stunning waters around Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef at your own pace. Yorkeys Knob is located about 20 minutes north of Cairns, and it’s an ideal departure point especially when visiting Cairns onboard a cruise ship which is moored off Yorkeys Knob.

- Each vessel is 6.6 meters long and can accommodate up to 4 passengers and 2 crew (Skipper & in-water guide)
- These charter boats can travel up to a maximum speed of 35 knots with a cruise speed of 25 knots
- Powered by twin 140hp Suzuki outboard motors
- Zephyr and Makani are versatile vessels, ideal for both relaxed snorkelling tours and thrilling water sports or light fishing adventures, providing guests with a wide range of experiences to enjoy on the Great Barrier Reef off Cairns.

Additional Tour Operator's T&Cs:
- Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will incur 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation due to inclement or unsafe weather will be made at the Captain’s discretion and every attempt will be made to reschedule the charter to suit the client.
- If we are unable to reschedule the charter at a time that is convenient for the client the total charter fee will be refunded.
- PLEASE NOTE – TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended from the day you pay your deposit to insure against the loss of deposit or whole charter fee in the event of having to cancel your charter booking, or cancellation due to weather or force majeure.
- Your insurance should also cover lost baggage, personal items, personal injury and medical evacuation and/or medical expenses.
- In the event that the charter has commenced and is unable to be completed due to mechanical failure the charter fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
