- Departures and itineraries are subject to weather conditions. Since this is an extremely popular tour, groups of more than 6 guests are recommended to book 6-12 months in advance.
- Excess luggage can be stored at head office or locker shop on The Esplanade.
- Please advise our tour specialist of any food allergies upon booking.
- Guests must be able to speak English and swim.
- This tour is not recommended for disabled passengers.

- Children aged 6 yrs to 15 yrs, must be booked into a Private Cabin. 16 yrs + can be booked into an open single. Children travel on this tour at full adult rates. Please advise any child ages at the time of booking. As Whitsunday Adventurer is an active sailing vessel our crew will be involved in sailing and operational activities and parents will need to remain responsible for their childs behaviour whilst on tour.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing.
We understand things may change, so we have made cancellations very easy.
In every instance we always recommend you purchase travel insurance for life’s last-minute hiccups.

Operators policy:
Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure on overnight trips will result in the complete forfeiture of full price.
