This 1.5 hour sunset cruise commences boarding at 4.45 pm and departs at 5:00 pm from the marina in Port Douglas and features a leisurely cruise along the stunning inlet where you can watch as the bright tropical landscape camouflages into the evening as the sun lowers itself beneath the rainforest laced mountains.

Our Port Douglas sunset cruises are restricted to adults only (children minimum age 13 years) with a maximum of 42 guests.

What to Expect On Your Port Douglas Sunset Cruise

Upon boarding the luxury catamaran in Port Douglas you will receive one complimentary glass of sparkling wine (or bubbles as we Australian’s call it), or beer or wine. You can enjoy some complimentary hot/cold canapé’s as you sit deck side gazing out across the Great Barrier Reef and back to the township of Port Douglas.

Should you wish to purchase more beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, please just ask the yacht crew on board at the time. This is the perfect sunset cruise tour created for Adults Only to relax and have some peaceful time drinking in the scenery of the Great Barrier Reef. 

If you are lucky enough to be taking a sunset cruise during the months of June to September you may just come across some giant Humpback Whales that just may put on a show for all of the boats guests. The same goes with other marine life you just never know when dolphins will pop up in front of you to ride the bow wave or when a turtle will pop up for some air so make sure you scan the horizon and the ocean all around you as the Great Barrier Reef is teeming with marine life.
